Pier and Pier Cap Structures for MAHSR C6 & C7 Packages

Allmarc successfully fabricated and supplied 18 sets of Pier and Pier Cap structures, ranging from 6 to 14 meters in height, for the elevated bullet train track in the MAHSR project (C6 & C7 Packages) across Nadia, Anand, and Vadodara. These structures, weighing a total of ~1000MT, underwent precision fabrication and mockup assembly to meet the rigorous requirements of the project.

Measuring 4.4 meters in length, 7.6 meters in width, and 2.6 meters in height, these moulds were meticulously fabricated, primed, and painted according to project specifications. Our team ensured precision assembly within tolerance, certified by the client, and provided on-site supervision for the casting of each set.
