Strong steel frames

Frames are 5 mm FE350 steel and meet the deflection limits of the IS codes. A 3000 by 900 mm panel weighs 33.0 kg a square metre.

  • Concrete pressure: 60 kN/m²
  • Frame: 5 mm FE350 steel
  • Weight: 33.0 kg/m²

The slot arrangement

A row of slots along every frame makes panels quick to set up in any arrangement, precisely and rigidly.

04 / 09

Birch plywood face

The face is 12 mm birch plywood with a 120 GSM phenolic coating. Moisture intake is about 15%, so it gives a smooth finish through many pours.

05 / 09

Galvanised and powder coated

Panels come galvanised or powder coated, so they resist corrosion, wear and fading on site and need little upkeep.

Accessories

A few accessories cover the whole system.

  • Allfit clamp: joins two panels; options to suit the job
  • Adjustable clamp: joins fillers, adjustable from 0 to 100 mm
  • Filler waling: stiffens, aligns and carries force across joints
  • Corner connector: a precise 90° corner

Made on our own lines

Panels are machined on modern tools and welded by our Robologic and ABB robotic arms.
