Allforte Modular Steel Formwork

Allforte panels are roll-formed from 1.6 mm E350 steel and joined by forged corner connectors. They are light to handle and take 90 kN/m² of concrete pressure.

Built to your size

Twenty-five standard panels, all rated 90 kN/m².

Panels are 3,000, 2,700, 1,800, 1,500 and 1,200 mm long and 900, 750, 600, 450 and 300 mm wide (AFOP-3090 to AFOP-1230). The model is our own Allforte formwork.

Light panels, heavy loads

Allforte has roll-formed panels that are light yet take high concrete pressure, and a forged corner connector that joins panels at right angles, so it builds almost any shape. This is our own model of Allforte formwork.

High tensile steel frames

Frames are 5 mm E350 steel, within the IS code deflection limits, strong and resistant to corrosion and water.

  • Concrete pressure: 90 kN/m²
  • Frame: 5 mm E350 steel

Roll-formed panels

Panels are roll-formed from 1.6 mm E350 sheet: light, precise and strong.

  • Sheet: 1.6 mm E350

Forged corner connector

The forged Allforte corner connector is solid and hard to damage. It attaches panels at 90 degrees, so the same panels are used again and again with little waste.

05 / 10

Birch plywood face

The face is 12 mm birch plywood with a 120 GSM phenolic coating and only 15% moisture absorption, for many pours.

06 / 10

Galvanised and powder coated

Panels are galvanised and powder coated against corrosion, wear, fading and weather.

Accessories

Three accessories make the system.

  • Allforte clamp: joins two panels fast and rigidly; options to suit the job
  • Prop support: adjustable vertical support for slabs, beams and walls
  • Corner connector: forged, for exact 90° corners

08 / 10

Less waste, lower carbon

Panels and accessories are made to be reused job after job. That cuts site waste, material and maintenance costs, and the carbon footprint over the life of the system.

Twenty-five standard sizes

Lengths of 3,000, 2,700, 1,800, 1,500 and 1,200 mm, each in widths of 900, 750, 600, 450 and 300 mm, every panel rated 90 kN/m².
