Allform Aluminium Formwork

Allform is a panel formwork with frames of extruded aluminium and a birch plywood face. A panel weighs 22.5 kg a square metre, so 2 people can set it by hand, and it takes 50 kN/m² of concrete pressure.

Built to your size

Ten standard panels, or made to your size.

Panels are 300, 450, 600, 750 and 900 mm wide and 1,200 or 1,800 mm high (ALFM3012 to ALFM9018), and mix freely along a wall or round a column. The model is our own Allform column form.

Strong, and light enough to carry

Allform is a panel formwork of extruded aluminium with a birch plywood face. It takes heavy concrete loads yet two people set a panel by hand, and it forms walls, columns and many other shapes. This is our own model of an Allform column form.

Aluminium extruded profiles

Primary and stiffener profiles are extruded aluminium: light to handle and transport, strong under load, and to the IS codes.

  • Weight: 22.5 kg/m²
  • Maximum pressure: 50 kN/m²

Birch plywood face

The face is 12 mm imported birch plywood in 9 layers with a 120 GSM phenolic film. It takes up little moisture, gives a smooth concrete finish and is used again and again.

04 / 09

Continuous slot arrangement

A slot runs the length of every frame, so clamps, walers and accessories fix at any point and the same panel does many jobs.

05 / 09

Tie rod guide and edge protection

A tie rod guide keeps the faces aligned, and edge protection guards the panel edges so they last longer.

Accessories

A small set of accessories makes setting up quick and accurate.

  • Allform clamp: joins two panels, vertically or horizontally
  • Universal waler: stiffens, aligns and carries force across joints, in several sizes
  • External corner connector: a 90° outside corner, for stop ends and columns
  • Adjustable clamp: a flexible, rigid joint between panels
  • Internal corner connector: a 90° inside corner, for T-joints and wall offsets

Made on our own lines

Panels are machined on modern tools and welded by our Robologic and ABB robotic arms, so every panel is the same.
