The only maker with both moulds and precasting.
We design and make the moulds, and cast the elements with them on site: noise barriers, cable ducts, piers and pier caps for the C4, C6 and C7 packages.
Several of these had been made by only one or two companies in the world before us. Each mould is assembled to tolerance, certified by the client, and supported on site through its first two casts.

Shinso piles
Deep foundations for urban sites and ground beside running railway lines, protecting track foundations from vibration and collapse with a bore of 12 m or less.

Seismic stoppers
Placed between the pier cap and the viaduct segment to stop an earthquake shaking the viaduct off its piers, where trains run at over 300 km/h.

Noise barrier moulds
Moulds for a precast wall with a cavity for sound dampers: 90 mm thin at 2.4 m high, a C-profile and many precise chamfers that must survive shuttering and de-shuttering.

Track slab moulds
Track slabs replace sleepers and spread the load evenly at 350 km/h. The mould is over 5 m long for a slab kept to 190 mm.
