Our story
Founded 2010 by Ganesh Gohil

The work we are known for.

From day one the aim was clear: to be the name a client thinks of when a piece of metalwork is complex by design, needed in very little time, or needs a supplier agile enough to invest in tooling and an assembly line for that one product.

That is why we keep buying the newest machinery, and why several of our products were the first of their kind in India. It is also why our clients range from equipment makers in Europe and the USA to India’s largest infrastructure builders.

The founder

A self-taught fabricator.

Ganesh Gohil started Allmarc in 2010 with 4 people and a handful of customers. His journey from self-taught fabricator to the head of a 500-strong company is the story of the business.

History

Growth, year by year.

2010

A 400 sq ft start

  • Founded by Ganesh Gohil in a 400 sq ft workshop in Ahmedabad, with 4 people.
  • Customised fabrication: foundation bolts and scaffolding accessories.
  • First client: Sacmi Engineering India.
2013

6,000 sq ft, 20 people

  • Scaffolding walkway planks developed for L&T.
  • ISO 9001:2008 certification (TÜV Nord).
2015

Grip-Strut is born

  • Factory enlarged to 10,000 sq ft.
  • Diamond Grip (Grip-Strut) anti-skid products introduced; scaffolding plank exports begin.
2016

Platforms and ladders

  • CNC air plasma machine; 50 people.
  • Anti-skid platforms, ladders and railings; five sets a month for Ammann ever since.
2017

30,000 sq ft

  • Scaffolding planks, cuplock systems and safety accessories.
  • Grip-Strut anti-skid surface patented.
2018

The first 8 m single-piece Grip-Strut

  • Automatic SPM welding and a Trumpf TruPunch 1000, among the first in Gujarat.
  • The world’s first 8,000 mm single-piece Diamond Grip, without joints.
2019

Allmarc Industries Pvt Ltd

  • Proprietorship becomes a private limited company.
  • Heavy-duty Grip-Strut, steel flooring and transferable walkways; the first formwork product, Steel Timber.
2020

Kanbha, 124,000 sq ft

  • Move to Kanbha, Ahmedabad; 100+ people.
  • Roll forming and ABB robotic welding; capacity 10,000 T a year.
2023

Allmarc Scafform

  • A dedicated 75,000 sq ft facility for formwork and scaffolding.
2024

350,000 sq ft, 400+ people

  • EN 1090-2 certification; Mumbai office opened.
  • First Grip-Strut supply to Indian Railways.
  • Noise barrier and cable duct precasting for the bullet train. The only buyer of Deratech’s 20 kW, 12 m laser.
2025

Unit 2 and oil & gas

  • Unit 2 in production: capacity 4,000 T a month; 500+ people; RDSO-approved line.
  • Oil & gas: ground flare combustion chambers and a flare riser for global licensors. Clients added in tunnels, aggregates and glass.
2026

Allmarc AM InfraCon, a JV with Aakshya Infra

  • Allmarc AM InfraCon LLP: a 1.5 lakh sq ft shed, 2,000 T a month from November; total capacity about 6,000 T a month.
  • Stainless steel girders, piers and pier caps for BMC flyovers in Mumbai, a first for India. 5.5 lakh sq ft of the site is available to companies for their project or product-specific advanced fabrication.

What we do

Our business verticals.

Vertical Structural, sheet metal and precision fabrication with machining, built to print. Custom fabrication Vertical Flare systems, vessels and plant structures to licensor drawings. Oil & gas Vertical NHSRCL-approved moulds and products; an RDSO-approved girder line. High-speed rail & railways Vertical Precast and cast-in-situ moulds, wall, beam and slab formwork. Infrastructure & building formwork Vertical Grip-Strut anti-skid walkways, platforms, ladders, stairs and crossovers. Where we are heading

The future is precast.

Knowing how to make the moulds gives us an edge no other precaster has, and we are building on it.

Precast and PPVC

Design and development for prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC) began in 2024, after our team studied PPVC assembly in Singapore and mould-making in Malaysia. Rehousing and rehabilitation projects need exactly this speed.

Tunnel lining segment moulds

Tunnel boring machines line the tunnel with precast segments as they go. We have brought in an experienced tunnel-mould design consultant from Australia to serve India’s growing tunnel programme; we already work for Herrenknecht and TFI.

Renewable energy

Structures and access for wind and solar, for clients including Adani Renewables, Adani New Industries, Suzlon Energy, Kee Safety (UK), Sterling Renewables and Zetwerk.

Multi-storey and PEB

Large-capacity H-beam and built-up lines for multi-storey pre-engineered buildings. PEB

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EN 1090-1, EN ISO 3834-3; an RDSO-approved fabrication line.
