Manufacturing Process for Allwell Deep Foundation

Our manufacturing process for Allwell Deep Foundation ensures precision and quality through a series of advanced steps, from raw material handling to final assembly.

  • Raw Material Inward: Sheets in coil form are received and inspected via Material Inspection Report (MIR).
  • Forming: Sheets are shaped using a specialized roll forming machine.
  • Hole Punching: Holes are precisely punched into the formed sheets.
  • Curving: Sheets are curved to diameters ranging from 6 to 11 meters.
  • Gauging: Sensors are used to ensure accurate measurements and alignment.
  • Cutting: Automated hydraulic shear press cuts the sheets to required sizes.
  • Liner Sheet and Curve Beam Formation: End plates and curve beams are formed to create the final shape.
  • End Plate Welding: Robotic welding ensures precise and strong end plate attachments.
