Allstage Plank

The Allstage plank is roll-formed in one pass, with a rib along each side. It gives the strength of a deeper plank at a lower depth and weight.

A lighter plank of the same strength

The Allstage plank is the wide, shallow plank in the model. The two planks beside it are standard walkway planks, for comparison.

Roll-formed profile

The profile is formed from a strip of steel on a roll-forming line, so every plank has the same section along its whole length.

Side ribs

A rib pressed along each side stiffens the plank. That is how it carries the load at a lower depth.

04 / 07

Hooks

Heavy-duty hooks at each end sit over the ledger. The plank fits our Cuplock and Ringlock systems.

Grip and drainage

The deck is perforated for grip, and the holes let water and dirt fall through.

With the rest of the deck

It sits beside standard planks and takes the same toe guards.
