The project
Precast elements by the thousand: a mould has to cast the same element hundreds of times, to a few millimetres.
What we made
- Noise barrier moulds: 90 mm thin, 2.4 m high
- Cable duct moulds
- Twin-cell long-line mould
- Pier and pier cap moulds
- Track slab mould over 5 m long
- Maintenance galleries, fences, seismic stoppers, drainage spouts
How we built it
- Deratech Supera-H 12030 fibre laserSkins and stiffeners cut to profile.
- Deratech Ultima Hybrid 600 T press brakeChamfers and profiles formed on the 600 T brake.
Each mould assembled and certified to tolerance, with site support to its first two casts.
