We have not delivered this product yet. We are equipped to build it: a 30 m bay with 11.5 m under the hook, plate rolling to 40 mm and welding to EN ISO 3834-3. The model shows a typical arrangement.

A reel for kilometres of cable

Subsea power cable is coiled into a turning basket on the vessel. The structure has to stay round and level under thousands of tonnes of cable.

Radial beams and 2 ring beams bolt to the deck and spread the weight of a full carousel.

Roller track and drive

A ring track with support rollers and a centre bearing carries the turntable. The track is machined level after welding. The drive is supplied by others.

Turntable

Ring girders, radial spokes and a deck plate. It is built in sections that bolt together, so it travels by road and sea.

A tower and arm with a guide ring lay the cable into the basket.

Send the general arrangement or a sketch with sizes and loads. We detail it, fabricate it, trial-assemble it in our bay and pack it for sea. The model is a typical arrangement, not a delivered project.
