Custom U-Girder Mould for Chennai Metro
We recently undertook a significant project to fabricate a custom U-Girder mould for the Chennai Metro, in collaboration with our esteemed client, KEC International. This impressive mould, crafted to meet high standards of precision and durability, was designed with the following specifications:
- Height: A substantial 1.8 meters, allowing for the production of robust and reliable U-Girders.
- Width: An extensive 5 meters, ensuring ample space for the construction of large-scale components.
- Length: A remarkable 25 meters, providing the necessary length to accommodate long-span bridge requirements.
