Fixed toe guard

One board of a set length, with a folded lip top and bottom. It is the low-cost choice when every bay is the same.

Length: 1,000 to 3,000 mm
Height: 150, 175 or 200 mm
Sheet: 1.6, 1.8 or 2.0 mm

Telescopic toe guard

Two boards, one sliding inside the other. Pull it out to the bay length and lock it.

Short: 1,000 to 1,500 mm
Long: 1,500 to 3,000 mm

On the deck

The toe guard clips to the standards at each end and sits tight against the planks. Material: mild steel IS 2062 E250 or pre-galvanised IS 277; painted, zinc coated or hot-dip galvanised.
